- Bits of the coating on rivets washed off using a non-abrasive sponge. Tefal said get Amazon to replace but new one did same first wash! Anyone else?I have noticed the same on the inside of the pan, I have only ever washed it by hand
- What is the depth of the sides of the pan please?Measured outside 8cm inside 7.5cm hope that helps - it is a great pan my son-in-law will only replace with another Jamie Oliver Pan which I purchased from Amazon for one of his Christmas presents.

- I am replacing a professional series frying pan. is this pan the new equivalent? i want to know that it has the same thick heavy base that won't warp.I think I may need to reread my review. It is a thick-based pan but the anti-stick layer peels off after a few months as experienced by many others on here.
