• Are these pans solid stainless steel, or do they have perforated base stuck on bottom of pan?
  The pans are solid stainless steel but have an additional layer of steel on the base for added strength. Can throughly recommend them and are best set of saucepans I've ever bought. As far as I know the solid steel versions were never on general sale in the U.K.

• How deep are these pans and what capacity?
  Smallest Saucepan holds MAX 1.6L, Medium MAX 2.1L, Large MAX 2.6L

• Can you put the handles in the dish washer
  Not recommended, I hand wash the whole lot tbh, they clean easily - official blurb below Some parts are dishwasher-safe and other parts aren't. (Please see below.) • The leaflet states the pots should not be kept in the fridge for longer than 1 day, anyone knows why?
  Thank you for your question. This is based on general food health and safety. Store food in fridge once cooled (within 2 hours), and consume within one - two days. If you don't think you'll be able to eat leftovers within four days, freeze them immediately. see less
