- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 January 2019the walled gardenso ive heavily bought into the Tefal Ingenio line as i am a student and love the way you can move things from the top to the oven and take off the handles. I have had no problem with any of the items I've purchased from them, my only complaint is that they didn't make flying pans without their non-stick coating, as I like to cook with just stainless steel (and it's more likely to last longer).when I found this product I didn't hesitate to buy it. I like to test my pans quite a bit to make sure they work well and function as advertised. this is the best pan in the range I would say, and although expensive was worth the purchase and I highly recommend it.

- How deep is this pan?The sauté pan has an external depth of 7.5cm and internal depth of 7cm.
- Does the steamer work with this pan?Yes
- can it go in the oven with lid on and what max temp?The lids are oven safe for up to 1 hour at a max temperature of 175c according to the Tefal website.
- Please can you tell me; Does this also function as a good wok and what is the capacity in quarts or litres? :)You can use it in similar way as wok but results wouldn't be as good as in original, properly seasoned carbon steel woks. (Due to the compound nature of bottom, one has to be more careful with direct high heat Also sides would probably not be heated at the same level as bottom).
