  • can it go in the oven with lid on and what max temp?
    The lids are oven safe for up to 1 hour at a max temperature of 175c according to the Tefal website.
  • Please can you tell me; Does this also function as a good wok and what is the capacity in quarts or litres? :)
    You can use it in similar way as wok but results wouldn't be as good as in original, properly seasoned carbon steel woks. (Due to the compound nature of bottom, one has to be more careful with direct high heat Also sides would probably not be heated at the same level as bottom).
