- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 November 2020Ingenio advantage of detachable handle and neat stowage.We have an induction hob and bought the aluminium induction set. These have an induction plate glued to the base. In 2 years both frying pans and a small pan have had the base detach. The stainless steel pan does not have that weakness and has a 10 year guarantee which is much better than the lighter weight ones.To preserve the non-stick finish Tefal recommend handwash or a liquid dishwasher tab.This pan is much heavier. If you complete set was stainless steel it will not be easy to handle the stack of pans in a drawer. I can lift up to 5 of the aluminium ones to get at the base pan; I think that would be impossible if they were all steel.
