- What non stick coating do these have? Would it be ok to use with metal utensils?Hi, not sure what style. But these need to be used with rubber, plastic utensils tried mine with metal and have a couple of chips in the none stick coating.

ThanksI think the part of the description you’re referring to is only talking about the handles. Place the pan in the oven, unclip the handle so only the plan remains in the oven. Clip the handle back on when removing the pan from the oven. (Handles not to be put in a dishwasher either).
