- What are the depth of these?My recent feedback referred to a 7 piece set. If the 3 piece set refers to the saute pan and the frying pan, the depths are 3 & 2 inches respectively.

- Can i use these in the microwave?No - they’re made of metal. They can however go in the oven without the handle.
- Please could somebody let me know if the bottom of these pans are completely flat? What is the surface at the bottom? e.g. colour, pattern? Thanksyes they are completely flat, they have a silver imprint to help with heat transference, but the structure is flat, these are great pans and we are happy with them.
