So as long as you use it at temperatures below 230oC and not for too long to be on the safe side then possibly. If instead you want something more suited to oven use may I suggest plain steel (no coating) or cast iron pans, really any bare metal pan where there aren’t any plastic / rubber handles that could melt. see less
