- is it suitable for induction hobsAlthough I don't use an induction hob, the pan says on the bottom Induction Technology so I assume yes is does work.
- What's the diameter of the inside/bottom of the pan please?is it 28cm on the top or the bottom?The measurements are taken from the edges of the rim.
