- Is it suitable for induction hobs?Yes, it worked perfectly well on my induction hobs.
- Can you buy more sauce pans and are these very heavy?The weight of the whole set is 6.7kg including packaging. We feel it is the right weight for such cookware. We are about to list each unit individually within the next 24 hours to enable customers buy more or less
- Can these be used on a gas hobI would think so as they say in the description “can be used on significant hobs including induction “ I purchased for induction ... had to return though as frying pan dinted even though no sign of packaging damage!! Salter Scandi pans are very very similar which I bought from The Range
- Can these be used in Oven and Microwave with lid on?The cookware is made from aluminium and to the best of my knowledge, metals don't do well in microwave. So I never use in my microwave. I use it quite often in the ovens, but never put the heat past 160°C. Though you didn't ask about the non-stick, I must say it is fabulous and about the best I ever used.
