- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 October 2020Poor on induction hobs.I really wanted to like these as they are non toxic and I liked the style and wooden handles. I was prepared to put up with having to hand wash them if they were any good and they are absolutely fine once up to temperature but on an induction hob they are terrible.I had a set of Judge Induction which would boil water (eg with potatoes in) in a few minutes on my Neff hob but these take about 20 minutes on maximum which is ridiculous. Also the hob doesn’t recognise there is a pan present unless I put it on a very small ring so it seems to me that they only contain a small piece of induction material in the base of the pan.

I have had so much trouble in the past buying small pans - even 16 cm ones didn’t work. However I am delighted to find that all the pans I’ve bought from this company (I’ve since bought 2 frying pans and a 14 cm milk pan) and am a convert.

Nearly bought some other pans until I read somewhere about the toxicity of the chemicals used for non-stick pans. Spent a long time researching and finally found this brand. The pans look lovely, they work on induction, heat distribution is good, nothing sticking to them whatsoever and they are so easy to clean. I won't buy another brand again.

Easy to clean, but without any nasty non-stick coatings (most important for me), and look great (traditional style and lovely soft teal colour). Only improvement I would like is a steam-release hole (or whatever they’re called) in the lid, so that I could simmer tbhings without having to ‘cock’ the lid.

- Can I get a lid to fit this panWe offer universal glass lids that fit all our pans. The size of the pan 28 cm will fit the lid 28 cm code number: CW000084-004.
- Can you put these in the dishwasher?Hi, I'd avoid that. The dishwasher will damage the handle and discolor the aluminium rim. Kind regards
- Not aluminium free?Hi, the coating is 100% in ceramic. Our coating do not contain lead, cadmium, or any PTFE/PFOA/PFAS. The body of this pan is made of anodised aluminium but it is ceramic-coated. Kind regards
- Can I use these on a gas hob - or should it just be an electric hob.I always use mine on a gas hob. Absolutely fine.
