- Does it have a fan as it says "size of the wind"? If so, I guess it's noisy...It does have a fan although, as it has three speeds, we rarely need the fan as well. When the fan is on, you can hear the motor but I wouldn’t say it’s noisy enough to be intrusive. It gives a burst of heat very quickly and efficiently in my opinion.
