Really disappointing.Side note - this is happening more and more regularly for me with highly-rated Amazon products. Not cool.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2021Does it's job nicelyThis a nice looking, well designed little heater.It fills a medium sized room with heat quite nicely.For reference, my living room is around 14x13ft with a high ceiling well over 8ft.It should be adequate if your room is smaller than this.A tip I have for you is to set it on full whack for an hour or two, then drop it down to the low setting to maintain the room temperature.If it's a really cold day and you just have this, it may not cut the mustard if the room is big...Only had it a week so I can't really score it on energy costs yet.If it is found to be economical, I'll upgrade to five stars.

Being used for birds it needs to not give off any nasty smells. It did smell for a while but I washed it down and used it on full power in the garage for 48 hours then on a low heat when first used. Suprising how much heat this kicks out and i never need to use it to its full capacity. Black looks better than the tacky white ones too.

- Can anyone tell me how to instal the wheels? The instructions talk about a castor bar ? All I ha e is two sets of wheels and some metal loops?If customers heater is the same as mine then it’s simple. Each castor should slot into a hole, one on each corner. Very easy!!!

- Has anyone else experienced leakage? Been using this for a week,almost exclusively on the lower setting. Noticed a teaspoon amount of oil each time.We have had this product for a year, and never had any oil leak. I think there must be a fault with your heater, as our radiator is fine.
