- Can this be run from a smart plug i.e. when the plug switches on, the heater starts to operate ?Yes it will so long as the heater is turned on at its own switch at desired position and thermostat control is Also set to your desired position
- Is safe to use it on carpets surfaces?Yes it is secure, the base or indeed the heater itself doesn’t become hot at all. Only the front grill is very very hot but the hot air it’s directed slightly upwards so the floor in front of the heater doesn’t get hot.
- Does this cool too?No it is only a heater.
