This stove heater is a wonderful, decent sized heater. It looks very nice, the legs are easy to assemble and it puts out a really nice heat. There's a lovely fire effect with a very quiet rolling sound that actually sounds like a log fire burning. When the heat is on, it omits a low level of noise that can be easily tolerated and is overall a fairly quiet heater that does an amazing job at heating a room. Doesn't need to be on for long to heat a moderately large room and the fire effect is so good that you can feel warmer just with the fire effect on alone.This heater is such good value for money and I'm very happy with it!

  Bought for the mother in law, gives her heat when she needs it and the thermostat helps to maintain warmth. The size is just right for sitting in the fireplace.

I love this little fire. It makes my boring living room feel really cosy!It’s going to look great next to the Xmas tree this year.Generally only use it for the fire effect but have put the heat on just to blast the room if it’s a bit chilly - it gives off a really good amount of heat even on the low setting.There is a noise ... the obvious blowing noise of a fan heater but it’s not extreme.The fire effect makes a rhythmic noise as it goes round but you hardly hear it after a while.Legs easy to put on but no instructions re how to change the bulb?Overall, a really good purchase that I’m completely happy with ?

  If you want an Escape Room or Crystal Maze style puzzle to solve them this is for you.None of the switches worked as expected and got no response from raising a ticket with a Netta directly. Can’t comment on their customer service as I could find any.Opened the case and it had seemingly been put together by kid on work experience, with no switches wired correctly at all. Only 2nd stage heater worked and even that bypassed the thermostat. I re-wired it myself and all is now well. If you fancy a challenge then by all means crack on and buy one. If you aren’t technically minded then I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

  Smart looking heater

  A smart looking heater. The heat seems to be really good (just bought & July so not fully tested out for an evening yet). The controls are really easy. No remote but I have too many of them in the house anyway!I didn’t have any screws to attach the feet but contacted the seller & received them 2 days later. Really easy to attach & so pleased with the result. This fire is slightly more than others but size wise it fits perfectly to what I needed.Price is holding it off at a 5 star review

  There seems to be a big scratch right across the front of mine , and on closer inspection, some of the screw heads are missing there paint , it’s obvious that it’s been taken apart at some point , or maybe it’s just been really badly Assembled.Either way, I don’t like paying full price for damaged goods, I was under the impression I was buying top Quality merchandise.Apart from the cosmic damage to it , the fire seems to be working fine , throws out plenty of heat and is relatively quietThe sticky label on the back seems to suggest that this is the real deal, even if it has been applied a little wonky.I guess I’ve just got a suspicious mind

  Good Little Heater. High heat output and nice flame effect.

  The heater arrived quickly and the legs just required 3 screws each to assemble. No other assembly required. The thermostat knob operation does not match the painted marking on the case, but it still works ok. Fan isn't too noisy. Fan heater is at the bottom of the fire, so heats the room nicely from the bottom up (heat rises) so very well designed. This obviously gets hot, so best place on a solid floor / fireplace hearth rather than carpet. There is a separate hearth plate available to stand the fire on, but I didn't need this as its in a fireplace hearth (old open fire).The fire blends in nicely to an old fireplace and at a glance does look like a wood / coal burning stove. Obviously it isn't though, so its just the effect. It would be difficult to even attempt to use it as such as the front door is purely for decoration and does not open anyway.The thermostat works well and controls the room temperature easily and well. I have not yet had to have the fire on the highest heat setting (there are two, 1KW and 2KW), even when snowing outside, so its really efficient.You can have just the light effect on and not the heater, so that is a nice touch and it still 'looks' warm.The controls are not conspicuous and are all together on the top of the right side of the heater. There are only 4, so its not difficult to operate. 3 positive switches for lights and the two heat settings and the thermostat dial (just ignore the markings if yours doesn't line up too).All in all the best choice I could see for the money for both effect and efficiency.
