- This says it's flat packed. What exactly does that mean? As in how much work is involved?No building at all. Simply removed from the packaging and plug in.
- is it quiet on flame effect?Totally quiet when just on flame effect, but not overly loud when heating fan is on.

- Does this fire have one bulb or two giving flame effect? My new arrival is much brighter at one side than the other.This item has only one 25W G9 halogen bulb.
