It’s a lovely thing, lots of compliments. It’s noisy on heat but no noisier than any other fan blowers, heats fine but I mostly use other heat sources. It’s the look of the sparkly fire I love. There is no remote with it but the switches are easily accessible at the front.

For the money it is excellent value and heats a room up very efficiently and compared to a much more expensive fire we have in another room it is so quiet. I was impressed enough to keep it and the glow is used daily with the fan heater used as needed. If it needs replacing in the future I think I'd spend a bit more in the hope of a more realistic flame. Overall I would recommend.It stopped working at the start of November 2021 after only 2 years. I was disappointed and about to discard it but switched it on for a final try. It's working again. I've replaced the bulbs and will keep an eye on it. It's good to have the glow back.

False flame, bought a cheaper and better quality one for myself a while back . But they sadly had none left otherwise i wouldn't have bought this one.. So disappointed. Very quick delivery though. Wouldn't buy another.

The only thing is that on the picture it says that the left dial is to adjust light control. As it turned out it's to adjust the power of the heat not lights....despite of that I love it and was worth buying!

Service, delivery excellent, and product very good. Hope the next one will be as good.

- This says it's flat packed. What exactly does that mean? As in how much work is involved?No building at all. Simply removed from the packaging and plug in.

- Does this fire have one bulb or two giving flame effect? My new arrival is much brighter at one side than the other.This item has only one 25W G9 halogen bulb.
