It was relatively easy to put together the surround but I made the mistake of not testing the fire beforehand as sadly there was a fault with the flame effect. I contacted the manufacturer and a replacement was immediately supplied with no hesitation and they gave excellent customer service. I love the look of the fire in my lounge particularly at night. The electric heater is efficient and does exactly what it says on the box. Highly recommended for the price.

It was very easy to assemble (it took me about an hour or so and I did it by myself). It's nice and solid, contemporary, and the flame effect isn't bad! Now I can get ready to settle in once winter comes. I'm a happy customer!
