The first order surround came with damage I contacted the seller who seemed shocked and ordered me replacement parts immediately. I doubt damage happens often by the way she responded. The parts came the next day and it was flawless, it was super easy to put up maybe an hour in total but we took our time to make sure we did it right.Now it's standing in my front room and it's totally change my space it's beautiful I'm super happy with my purchase and the way the company dealt with the issue. I'm looking around the house thinking where can I put more of them haha. Buy it! It's super cute xx
