- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 January 2021Detail/ practical reviewThought I would write a practical Review.Despite some issues I would still give 5 stars.Against-•Remote has a mind of its own, I have not mastered it yet!•Over loud Beep when using the main switch (on) on the fire and remote.•Mains power cord is white? Which stands out against what is a black fire. Looks poor from the side view.•Side lights can reflect in the TV screen and a little too much if your sitting position has a side view.•Most of these things can be overcome. So, do not give up.For-•This unit is slimmer than most on the market.•The front glass panel is curved, I was advised via different suppliers as, “it has a flat front” or “it is curved on the sides only” which indicated to me a flat front again.•In preparation, pre plasterer arriving, I installed some plastic tube into the wall to hide the electric wire and directed it to a fused spur switch 13amp installed be an electrician. Although the unit does come with an electrical plug attached.•If like myself you have the chance to hide the electric wire I would suggest, you off set the entry to the plastic tube to the right by 4” or 100cm as the fixing bracket supplied will cover the entry point when fitted. The electrical connection is attached to the right.•Electrical cable supplied is approx. 2mt.•When fitting the wall bracket remember you need a 400mm gap minimum between the bottom of the fire and the floor. You will need to allow for the overhang of the electric fire!I hope these tips are of help. Initially I was not tempted to buy this fire from Amazon the web page looked a little dull and not very tempting, however the third-party seller was extremely helpful and efficient. Would strongly recommend.

Controls are simple and flame effect better than units twice the price.Note. Our priority was for a modern fire effect not heat output, however on max setting this should heat up the average sized room quite quickly.Considering a second unit for one of our other rooms.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 July 2021Stylish fire for a great price.I got a fire and my daughters managed to break the glass with skipping ropes It’s toughened safety glass so it broke into a million pieces needles to say we were unhappy but to our luck the people here supplied us with a new one for just the delivery fee. Great costumer service and great product. Thank you
