- Is it possible to fit a longer flex cable to the heating element?Yes you can fit or extend long cable
- Does it come prefilled with water oilYes it came prefilled, I believe it has water and antifreeze mixture. You only have to turn it upside down remove the plug from the side you wish to put the heating element, then screw element into the towel rail. Then hang on the wall and connect the wiring.
