    Element is not installed but towel rail is pre-filled and we supply the element separately. The reason is with the pre-filled towel rail weight, elements get damage in transit. How to assemble heating element Please follow below; 1- Turn the towel rail upside down ( 2 banking plug is at the bottom) 2- Unscrew the blanking plug and screw the element in 3- Mount the towel rail onto wall and wire it to the fuse spur 4- Turn the element on to the highest setting and bleed the expansion air I hope it helps but please kindly let us know if you will need any further information.     Fitted to the lower port with cable trailing downwards to power source.
