Customer questions and answers
- It says in the description valves are not included. What valves do i need for the 1000x600 300W one? ThanksThis would depend on where your existing pipework comes through. If your pipework comes out from the wall, you would need angled valves. If your pipework comes up from the floor in a straight, vertical line, you would need straight valves.
- I know this comes with the T valve for dual fuel but is the electric element included?Yes the element is included.
- Hi, if i use this radiator electric only, would i still need to purchase valves? Thank youNo it comes complete. It heats all the upstairs when it’s on!! Delighted with it
- The unit is only supplied with two end caps but it needs three is this normal? If you are not having an electric element then I guess you would need to buy an end cap. We have ours fitted to the gas and electric.
