  Amazing Customer Service. Cool Little Heater

  Only had for a day. But am impressed with initial results. However, wanted to talk about customer service. When heater arrived it was damaged. Probably in transit. Rang the company, spoke with a member of the customer services team. Call lasted around a minute. Next day, new heater arrived. Could not be more impressed. You can’t help things going wrong but the way you put things right is so important. Well done to the support team and thank you.The heater is good, heats quickly. Am using it in a wooden out house with reasonable thermal properties. Warms up quicker and is more cosey than my house.Because it’s outside it gets switched off at the main power. So it loses connection. To wifi which has to be reinstalled. Not a major issue for me as it will always be a manual heater.It feels like it’s designed to be always on. But when in standby mode there is a flashing blue light. Not sure if that is something I’m doing wrong but it won’t stop flashing what would bug the hell out of me in a bedroom.All in all, solid heater for the money.

  Timer is not a programmer

  Nice looking heater and works well but a timer is not a programmer. A timer means you can set it to work for a certain amount of hours and not for it to turn on and off at certain times. Didn't realise there was a model in the range that had a proper programmer. Thermostat OK but not as even as I would like. When you have set it at the desired temperature it cuts off at that temperature OK, but doesn't come back on until it's dropped 5degrees below that set temperature. Give you the sensation of the room going hot and cold. Don't know if all electric heaters are like this though.

  poor heater

  does anyone know how to actually set these heaters to a specific temperature ? they seem to work when they want and i cant connect to any app so not sure what the wifi is for, doesnt come with any instructionsavoid not worth the money

  Good heat out put - Wifi a bit iffy

  Heat out put is good. The set up without wifi is confusing. wifi is much better. Had issues setting the wifi up.I got it working :1. make sure your router is 2.4Ghz ONLY - for some reason dual band 5/2.4 causes this not to work.2. Use the Tuya app - the BrightLite did not work at all [once installed the interfaces are identical.3. choose the generic heater.All worked fine after that.I: tried contacting the sellers by phone - dont bother ..

  Unfortunately temperature control is strange

  Nice, neat looking heater that has some serious issues with temperature control. Set 20c and it heats to 20c then sits there "keeping warm" until temperature hits 17c then it comes back on, heats to 20c then stops heating until 17c. Other heaters I have of this style control perfectly, this heater has the advantage of the grills on the front, but other than that a real shame about the control.

  False advertisement WiFi Does not work

  Easy to put on wall brought for down stairs product which got delayed , so unable to return after just getting my electrics done turned on the heater and still after 4 hours cant connect to wifi switch wifi to 2.4ghz as instructed by app and booklet still cannot find the heaters on wifi really had enough as far as im concerned its fale advertisement or falty but unable to return as amazon has closed the return tried 3 differnt apps and no luck at all i thought i was pretty good with tech and this is the first time i have failed to get something connected !!!!

  Good product, good price.

  Great product, I have put 3 of these in bedrooms. They were quite fiddly to connect to WiFi and they don't seem to hold temperature when manually set. Do the job for a great price. Only flaws being they beep quite loudly when knocking on and off which you really notice at night and the display is extremely bright in the night, I often turn off at the wall to avoid it which does defeat having the WiFi control capabilities. Overall good product for a good price.

  Wifi is very temperamental but it does heat well

  I was really dissapointed when I first got this product because no matter what I did I could not get the wifi to work and that was the main reason I selected this heater. I read another review on here with some tips om how to get the wifi working and I am pleased to say it worked and now I am really happy with it. Download the Tuya Smart app if you have trouble. After nearkly two weeks of trying it worked first time with this app. I have kept it at 3 stars because the wifi should be easy to sort out and it isnt.

  These heaters are amazing and so easy to set up on wi fi, you don’t need to set up on wi fi if you prefer you can just use them by the side switch. I would highly recommend 5*

  Alright heater

  Good heater and works better when using the app! The down side of it is that every time it’s not turned on Bright blue flash keeps going! And it gets very annoying especially when it’s in a bedroom at night! Also when you turn it on/off or change temperature a loud Beep!
