Not wanting to whack the heating up, or even have it on in the rest of the house (but needs must). Within half an hour of plugging this in, and putting up to full - I was sitting in a t-shirt. I then turned it down. It's really good - buy one if you are cold, sit still and are confined to one room

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 January 2021Very disappointing first time experience of using an oil based heaterWas desperate to find better alternative to night storage heaters- researched online and read loads of reviews I opted for this one from the ones on my shortlist however it has been a very disappointing purchase / on full power and maximum thermostat it discharged only a very gentle amount of heat using up energy but not really heating up the room effectively- i have not been impressed and would return it if I didn’t have to pay the postage - I now wish I had spent my money more wisely on perhaps a better known brand - bitterly disappointed as having to rely on blankets in the front room and multiple duvets in the bedroom - this unit has not been the knight in shining armour I was looking for -

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 August 2020Not satisfiedheats really well and has practical settingsBUTArrived with a few minor dents and scraped bit of paint...The ratiator is making constant "crack-crack-crack" noises due to expansion-compaction of the metal during operation... cannot use it in the night as the terrible noise wakes me up.

Dining room 5x4m.On board room thermostat actually works which makes a change as these things usually cycle on the internal safety thermostat! Ok... UPDATE after approx. 3 months of daily use - unit not as effective... checking electrical loading it is max 1kw and this does not work at all on switch position 2 for some reason, but 1 and 3 deliver the same output albeit less than half of its rating.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 February 20215 stars for customer serviceThis review is based solely on the excellent customer service I received from this company.My radiator arrived in a very battered state, delivered by Hermes.Upon opening, the radiator had sustained some damage, and made strange noises during use.I deemed it too big a risk to safely use, and contacted AMOS customer service, who were a dream to deal with, and offered a swift solution on the spot, to something that was the fault of the delivery service.I unfortunately can’t rate the radiator, but I highly rate the customer service team.

- How long is the lead?about 1.5 metres I'd say - its not very long
