- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 April 2021Choose another brandWorked well for a few months then broke down. I contacted the company during which time It did start working again. They sent me some checks to do and replaced the plug (even though the original still had power light on) but something isn't quite right with it and as I haven't been offered a replacement and don't trust it won't stop working again I wouldn't recommend buying this as you can't go through amazon for an easy resolve
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 February 2021Avoid unless you want to use it in unoccupied spaces.Unfortunately this can’t be used in occupied spaces. It produces lots of ozone (O3), which can kill you or any other living matter. Very strong smell of ozone, not as strong as from ozonator which I also have but strong enough to make you cough after few hours.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 January 2021Well made. The unit came well packaged and able to cope with the riggers of delivery. It is well constructed and has a solid feel about it.It's difficult to know if it really works but having read up on ionisers I believe there is some benefit in using one. It runs very quietly and does collect dirt on the polarized plates, as it's designed to do.I am happy with this purchase and pleased to recommend it to others.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 June 2021Worked great for a while.I bought the heaven fresh version if this which is exactly the same but with a different brand name. It worked great for 14 months and then it just died. I was really dissappointed as it was not cheap. I was hoping it was a internal fuse problem but no fuse. Just went in the bin.

Customer questions and answers
- Should I feel air coming out of this? Setting 'high' or 'low' and fan on no air seems to come out of the front, is this normal. ThanksThe fan in the device is not a high-speed fan as in the HEPA air purifiers. It serves to push the ions out. These then dissipate and are tiny that you cannot feel or see them.
