  So I won’t lie. This is an honest review. Bought this cause I smoke weed daily and the smell just gets everywhere. Also we want to be polite and respectful to our neighbours.I knew buying a small one wouldn’t solve the problem immediately but I had done my research and decided to buy this one to test out.It goes in the bedroom, and we turn it on an hour before we smoke. Open the balcony door (which we do smoke on most of the time (unless night or too cold), smoke near the air purifier and all the smoke goes in and clean air comes out. The smell is still noticeable for around half hour but that’s understandable as it’s small.I’ll leave the room and come back, to check the smell and after an hour you couldn’t even tell anyone had been smoking in there.We also find everytime we come into the flat the air seems cleaner.It’s not big enough to reach the whole flat so we are looking into getting another for the kitchen for the cooking smells, also living next to a main roof, it will help.Eventually we will probaly get one of the more industrial ones but would stick with the same company.You can barley hear it when it’s on high.Fab.

  For many years I’ve not had restful or quality sleep, often waking with a sniffle that I put down to hay fever. My partner has asthma often having a coughing fit in the night and reaching for one or more inhalers. I had an ioniser in my bedroom years ago so I thought that having one now would help but after doing some research I began looking at air purifiers.I bought this one after reading the other reviews and liking the size and design of it. It arrived the next day and I installed it almost immediately in the bedroom, ensuring that the door is always closed as per the guidance.On retiring for bed that evening the room was colder but to be fair I couldn’t really detect that the air smelt any cleaner. The following morning I realised that my partner hadn’t coughed or used an inhaler at all during the night and I had actually slept well.It’s been 4 nights now and so far that first night was no fluke.I cannot praise this little unit enough and knowing what I know now, I should have purchased one years ago!I opted for the additional filter pack with it, that I don’t have to use for a good 6 months yet and the manufacturer gave an additional discount on the product too.

  This air purifier is quite compact but very effective

  I suffer with a degree of asthma associated with dust allergy. We are living in a static caravan whilst our home is completed this winter. The lease caravan is dusty and quickly triggered my allergy when we started living here.The air purifier has helped considerably and is left running all the time. The night mode is very helpfulthe photo shows the filter half of which I have hoovered - the good news is that dust is in the filter not my lungs!!

  Great value for the price you pay

  It's a necessity if you live close to a main road. I used to dust every day, now I'm doing it once a week. This together with my humidifier helped with my hayfever and relieved the symptoms of cold of my son. I bought a smaller one from a different brand for our smallest room thinking it would be quite similar and now I regret. Now I've got one of these in each room. The sleep mode is fantastic- I can't hear anything but keeps the air fresh throughout the night. The filters are really good quality and easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend this purifier.

  Faulty, tried to get help from Levoit, the manufacturer. Then got no help.

  Bought this from Amazon UK. Followed the installation instructions. It immediately came on with the red light on the indicator ring on the control button. Checked out all the FAQs and followed the instructions to reset the indicator. All failed so contacted the supplier at support.eu@levoit.com. After a days wait, they asked for an invoice from Amazon (huh?) and a photo of the machine. I sent this back to them immediately. Since then nothing. Silence.Tried the supplier. They don't do support. Referred back to Amazon.(Later) Eventually heard back from eu support. evidently they leave a full day before replying. They just quoted from the manual that I already have. I waited two days for that. If they call that good support that's up to them. I eventually solved the problem myself - a faulty control button.

  Perfect air purifier for my offie

  I've been working in my home office ever since lockdown. For some reason my office gets really dusty. I would have to wipe my laptop screen and monitor every other day because it would be covered in specks of dust.Ever since using this air purifier, I haven't had to do this! It's been nearly 2 weeks and there is no dust at all on my office equipment. I'm not exaggerating, it works!On top of that, it's also very quiet, especially in Sleep Mode, which I use during conference calls. The highest speed setting is used when I want a bit of white noise in the background to concentrate.Overall, great product and does exactly what it intends to do...remove the dust from a room.

  Works a treat.

  I like that it is small compact air purifier but powerful. Bought 2 to use in the bedrooms. There was a difference in air quality and my son who has durst allergies had a sound sleep. He didn't get irritated come the morning of the next day after running the unit initially on high for 30 minutes before he slept and then on sleep mode through out the night while we slept. Also the adults in the house can truly tell a difference in terms of cleaner air quality. I would recommend.

  Portable and silent

  I have bought in the past a cheaper model (actually the one compared in the photo) for my little son as his nose was constantly blocked at night, couldn't breath and would wake in the middle of the midnight ending up in sleepless nights. That worked really well, my son's problem relieved at a large degree, and it had humming noise that I think actually helped him fall asleep. I have similar problems especially around spring season with the pollen but also at night. I bought this one as our bedroom is bigger and due to the noise level. The purchase was spot on. It is a bit bigger but light and portable to have on my study and take at night to my side bed table. What is really amazing is the noise level. The sleep mode is so low you can hardly hear it working (had to actually check), the light goes off after 5 seconds (my son's only dimms a bit but again that's fine as he needs a night light) and the high mode is even less noisy than the sleep mode on my previous purchase. So all in all very happy with the purchase and will evaluate air cleanliness levels in time. So far I had a lovely first sleep and my home office room feels quite fresh.

  Very quiet and effective - detailed review

  I have hayfever and allergic to dust mites and mold spores. This little air purifier has cured my stuffy nose when indoors!I move it to a different room each day.The sleep mode is super quiet and even the power light turns off when in this mode, a nice touch!It contains 2 HEPA filters, not just 1 like similar models!To give you some idea of this air purifiers range, my largest room is 5 meters by 4 meters and within 90 minutes I can feel I am breathing clean air. I would say this product is effective for rooms up to 6 x 6 meters.I plan to buy a cheap ioniser and place it near the purifier for extra effectiveness. Some other purifiers have ionisers built in, but I have read that they are not very effective at all, so I am happy there is not one built into this unit.£10 off at the moment, so for £49.99 you can't go wrong at all. And the replacement filters are £12.99 so not a rip off at all. I was looking at similar priced models and some of the replacement filters were £19.99!

  Easy to use, very quiet on lowest setting-therefore easy to sleep with the machine switched on.The air in the house feel clean!!!!!!!!
