- We have this machine but i am unable to connect it to the app, i have tried everything……. i have a hoover machine machine and that’s connected.No joy for me either. Their online help is worse than useless. I finally contacted them on the phone and they couldn't help but promised a specialist would get back...yep nothing. What a terrible company Hoover seem to be.
- What's the difference between the 300 and the 500?More capacity in terms of air flow, and more options in terms of customisation (from on-device display and app), plus air refreshing spray (for the H500). The H700 has same things as H500 plus humidifier.

- Diffuser doesnt work?using origjnal bottle and can hear air pump with small amount of air coming out but nothing actually comes out?anyone any ideas?tYou can’t see it but should have some smell. Make sure the little plastic tube that goes into the bottle isn’t blocked and bottle screwed on properly.
