  Not as good as I'd expected. Manual is unintelligible. Think twice.

  Having used this for a week now, I'm not too impressed it really does much at all - the smells in the room never seem to go even after 4 hours use; the dust in the room seems to be the same, as an aroma-diffuser it does a good job, but then you can get those for £10. The build looks impressive - but the functionality seems to me to be negligible - opening the window seemed to do a far better and quicker job than this. Also, the the fact it has a UVc button, which as the manual quaintly states, "this function alters the DNA of the virus, bug or bacteria, so they cannot reproduce" (or words to that effect, the nightmare manual is clearly written by a Chinese person) - it makes you wonder if it has the same effect on a human being sleeping next to it, especially children. I tried to seek reassurance from the company, but their (UK) Helpdesk proved to be ineffective at answering it with any conviction or research, very odd indeed. So I'm unimpressed, and not sure it is worth this money. It is also fairly noisy, despite the marketing blurb. Bit of an Emperor's Clothes device, it seems to me. The company need to re-write the manual properly (in an English that makes some sense), and reference any medical or scientific research to prove their gamely marketing claims for this device. Looks: 5 Star, Utility: 1 star (if that).

  FALSE ADVERTISING

  Brazen false advertising! In the product title and description it's described as having "true HEPA" but in reality its HEPA "type". Scandalous and should be removed by Amazon.

  The size as the item was larger than expected although not a problem

  We really like this product as we have an old dog who is quite smelly and this really has purified the air in our lounge where she spends most of her day. I also have allergic rhinitis and my nose feels much better especially when I first get up in the morning when I use to sneeze and cough a lot. May have to buy us another to put in the bedroom. We also like the blue lights on this as it reminds us its on when we go out and turn everything off. I really like this and tonight I am going to try adding aromatic oil to the little drawer inside.

  Good quality and works

  After looking around I opted for this as I saw the manufacturer sold products in Argos and Curry's, so knew it wouldn't be a cheaper foreign product. This is a well made quality looking item and works very well. It has a handy timer and 3 different settings. I think its effectiveness will depend on different circumstances, but for us, after a few nights of it running we started to notice a difference in my son's allergies. He used to wake up sneezing with a runny nose, this never happens now. I'd recommend this for someone looking for a purifier for dust allergies and hayfever for a small room.

  Collects dust over time and gives you fresher cleaner air, very easy to use and clean.

  Cleans dust slowly but gathers quite well, after 8 days of use it collected quite abit of dust. Its very noisy on high setting but on setting 1 and 2 it's okay. It blows out cool air and has blue night light, which can be turned on and off. Overall it's pretty good so far as it has reduced the dust in my room and definitely breathing fresher cleaner air.

  Best air purifier, great value for money

  This is the second one I've bought, I originally bought one for my hair salon to improve the air quality from the fumes and dust. I also suffer with allergies and have noticed that they are so much better since using the air purifier. So I just had to buy another one for my bedroom at home, I used to hate how stuffy my room would be in the mornings but the air feels much fresher now. I also love the essential oils option. The timer and option to turn the lights off makes it great for night time. Couldn't recommend this product enough!

  A well made unit quiet when in use easy to set up and makes the air in the room more fresher and sleeping much easier.A very happy customer that having hay fever problems can now breath easier at night ,

  Effective. Does its job.

  Just ordered this and started using it. Noise level was negligible at lowest level.Have not used the scent yet but definitely would like to do it soon as this was one of the factor that made this set stand out from the other Brand’s.

  Broken Twice in First Week!

  The product has broken twice in a week, first on day of arrival, the UV bulb blew. We contacted them and they replaced 5 days later. Same day bulb blew again. Now they refuse to offer. Replacement unit. The noise level is much higher than we would expect, the reason for ordering ie the UV function doesn’t work, and the customer service team are useless (spoken to 3 already, but can’t speak to a manager as they refuse to call us) Steer clear unless you just want a fan, and if so buy a cheaper one that this, because that is all this now equates too.
