As soon as I opened it I noticed the damage on the item. Really disappointed because it was a mothers day present for my mother as she struggles from allergies and asthma. - Is this a fan too or just an air purifier?It gives a bit of cooling effect nearby, but u can only feel the wind if you are near (no more than 1 meter). It does the job as filter.
