- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 October 2020The only fan to buyI bought this as unable to open my bedroom window and nights were intolerable with night flushes from peri menopause. This fan has literally saved me and I can’t recommend it enough. On setting 1 I can have it on all night if required but usually have it on timer. It’s like a gentle breeze from an open window. It took me months to finally decide to buy it. The only mistake I made was not buying it sooner.

After an hour or so I finally found the answer on a YouTube video explaining that the fan, when first turned on, is on the maximum air flow setting and you must quickly turn down the air flow or else the fan will stop working.I tried this and it worked, and now I am enjoying the fan, but it was not a great first impression.

- Does this product actually reduce the room temperature, or is it just a good fan?It is air purifier and not a air cooler. No temperature control.
- What sort of noise do you get from these fans or do they run silent ?The fan isn't silent but, on the lowest setting, it's pretty close.
- I get a blocked nose at night which interrupts my sleep. Will this help?Yes, I have a similar problem brought on by tree pollen, it’s certainly very much better with it on, can be drying to nose so also have a humidifier which works well to control it. It’s eliminated my occasional snoring too.
- Is this made in china tat?They're made in Malaysia -- at least, that's what the plate on the bottom says.
