Engineered to help improve air quality, a sealed filter combines an activated carbon and glass HEPA filter. Together, they capture gases and ultrafine particles from the air. It then uses Dyson Core Flow technology to project cooling, filtered air – precisely where you need it.

HEPA filters for better purification. Core Flow tech channels air into a cooling stream. Oscillating function circulates air over wider area. Set the fan to switch off after a set amount of time. Can be operated by remote control.

Smooth 70˚ oscillation. Set your machine to rotate from side to side, to deliver airflow through a 70˚ range.

A comfortable night's sleep. At night, you can set the sleep timer anywhere between 30 minutes and 8 hours. So you can keep cool and comfortable while you rest.

Easy filter maintenance. Built-in reminders show you when your filter needs changing. It’s quick and easy to do, to ensure your machine is always working at its best. The LCD screen shows your airflow speed, modes and filter life.

Customer questions and answers

  • Does this thing actually cool the air, lower the temperature ? or is it a scam by using an ambiguous description and in truth just a fancy filter fan
No, it does not lower the temperature. It is an air purifier and a fan. I was misled by the "Cool" in the name. That's why I am sending it back.
  • Is there a replacement filter for the dyson pure cool me air purifier?
Yes and I've just found out they are over £60! I've had mine for 6 months but it is mostly on all the time on the lowest setting of 1. So £120 a year for me, which is more than a Netflix subscription! I'll be buying other brands and use this one only in summer as I do think it is okay at cooling. So £120 a year for me, which is more than a Netflix subscription! I'll be buying other brands and use this one only in summer as I do think it is okay at cooling. I would only buy filter off Dyson website to guarantee is genuine and it's over £60. Not sure why they would sell £20 cheaper on Amazon. Also the when finished the whole filter goes in the bin. I don't think that's environmentally friendly. I suppose I'm used to the vacuum filter that you can clean yourself are can be popped back into machine. see less
  • How can i purchase the remote control separately
You can get the remotes on eBay as well. I'm not sure how the cost (~£25) compares with getting one from Dyson.
  • How long does the filter last
Apparently 12 months based on 12hours use a day
