  Very dangerous to someone who doesn't know what they are getting

  What very carefully if you are buying this when you put this on you need to make sure no pets in the room no birds no children no cats and dogs but it takes all the oxygen out of the air petts wood day on anybody else what's in the room

  Used this to remove bad odours from several rooms in my house, the former owners were smokers, and though we were able to remove most of the smoke smell through decorating, there will still days where humidity and other factors would make the smell seep out. Working one room at a time, I ran this generator for 1.5 hours with a desk fan helping to blow the ozone around the room and under furniture. I used plastic sheeting to seal the doors from the outside to prevent ozone from escaping.After this time I ran into the room with held breath to open the windows wide and move the fan to circulate the fresh air in. The door was then resealed.Two hours later I walked into the room and it smelt a little like chlorine, but only as much as if you were bleaching your kitchen sink. And ever since, the rooms have smelt of our house rather than the former owners house, even on days where humidity/moisture is high the stale smoke smell has completely gone.Amazing how a little science can make such a big difference, but be warned, ozone is very bad for people, pets and plants. Do not ever use in the presence of these.

  I caused a small fire through careless disposal of ash from wood burning stove, fire brigade involved and although dealt with within 20 minutes my house stunk of smoke. I cleaned and painted everything, although it did recede it would have remained a constant problem for ages. I bought this product out of desperation and very little expectation and have been amazed at the results, within 24 hours house is vertically clear of any smell. Marriage saved no longer in dog house

  how do you know its working? Clockwork timer is a poor design choice.

  I bought this device to remove the smell of cigarettes from a car I'd bought. Since you're advised not to be anywhere near it when it's working, you've no chance of knowing if it is doing what is claimed. One star for scent - it doesn't emit any - its not supposed to. Ease of use - straightforward. Value for money - yes, plug it in, turn the timer.. I've used it twice now and my wife says the car still smells of smoke so there you are. It didn't do as claimed.The biggest disappointment was the clockwork timer fitted to it. There is no accurate way of setting the timer as the knob turns both ways. There are several identical units like this one for sale on amazon, probably all from the same factory.I'm going to persevere with it but at this stage wouldn't say that this unit generates sufficient ozone to do as claimed.

  Very portable

  A real life saver for decontaminating rooms and specific equipment in my clinic. I rush it from room to room and it serves very well. To dial up the minutes is a bit Mickey Mouse, but I just turn it on at the mains (and run!) and turn it off at the mains after an appropriate time. Do not breathe in whilst in the room - creates asthma type symptoms and a clogged up throat. You need to open the windows PDQ after use, and block the bottom of the door with a towel whilst in use. Sadly this means the room is cold after use. In the winter I shall use a fan to speed up the exchange of air with the window open simultaneously.This supplier was a bit more money than the others, but I needed it as a matter of urgency, and it came very quickly. I would still be waiting for it if I had ordered elsewhere and it has enabled my clinic to function again with the Covid virus, so worth the extra £30 it cost me. Smell not pleasant - I have to use an air spray afterwards.Not at all sorry I bought it. It has liberated my business.

  The description and picture.Does not explain, you must only use this in unoccupied room .sellers description makes out, its useable while persons or any air breathing life is in the same room .when its not ,which when you read manual. It is clearly a massive use only on unoccupied rooms

  Does the job...leaves a chemical smell for a short while after

  So I had a small office space that stank of cigarette smoke. Tried all other types of conventional cleaning methods, sprays etc. which were a lot of effort & cost with mixed results. Read about Ozone generators and decided to try this one. Arrived promptly and was easy to use and set up. I ran it for just 10 minutes and it cleared out all the nasty smoke aromas..just gone! What it leaves behind is a kind of chemical smell that lingers for a few days. I just needed to air the room after a day of running the generator and the office air was as good as new. I wouldnt recommend being in the room during or for at least 72 hours after running the generator. But this does what it says on the tin!

  DOES THE JOB IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO!

  WE TOOK THIS LITTLE UNIT TO MALTA WITH US; OUR HOUSE IS OLD AND CAN GET MUSTY, BEING SHUT FOR LONG MONTHS ON END... IT CLEARS THE AIR AND MAKES IT SMELL MUCH BETTER. YOU HAVE TO USE IT REGULARLY; IT`S NOT A ONCE DONE JOB! IT`S VERY LIGHT AND COMPACT... YES, A GOOD PRODUCT ALL ROUND; PRICE IS APPROPRIATE TOO!

  Cleaning the flat

  Bought for the coronavirus. it smells like it working fine. Used everyday. Have not taken it apart to clean as it involves undoing screws & was not expecting that or feel happy about that therefore 4 stars.
