- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 October 2021Great Product - Manual Language IssueThis is a terrific product from an excellent Portuguese company - which I had previous experience of.The only issue occurred with the order itself, as all information (manual, warranty, box) came in a Scandinavian language that I cannot read. On top of it, Amazon Customer Support informed me that they would need to put the case under investigation and that meant I had to return the (whole) product.Any other reasonable seller would've embraced the flexibility that I put forward, by offering to accept a digital copy of a manual in English via email.This was an emergency purchase - for serious, currently developing health issues - and there is absolutely no option of sending the product back. Despite explaining all this, Amazon showed hardly any flexibility and kept referring back to their (very narrow) policy.
