  Brilliant service, great product

  Arrived really quickly and well packaged. I bought it as a second air conditioner for the living room as I'd already ordered another for the bedroom due to the heatwave. Not sure I'd have ordered it at full price, but had such a great offer on at the time that I went for it. Really glad I did as it arrived sooner than the other, easy to follow instructions, easy to fill tank, highly portable being on wheels yet sturdy enough to not get knocked over by a crazy, clumsy shepherd cross. Works well, the water lasts a long time, and I love the timer feature where you can set it for one, two or three hours when going to sleep and it switches itself off. Really happy with the service from the seller. Also, not too loud when running. Only downside is I wish it oscillated a bit more, but that's down to the rectangular design. Still highly recommend it for those who struggle in the heat. I have fibromyalgia so struggle regulating my body temperature and this product helped me sleep on nights which, before the product, I would have spent awake and uncomfortable. One of my best buys on here.

  This is a great cooler but not for a very very quit fan cooler to sleep to. Very amazing other wise .keeps room cool .

  Great find

  I bought this in January and have used it as a fan for night sweats/hot flushes, and it works for me. I finally got to try out the air cooler last night and I wasn't disappointed. This provides a stream of cool air across your bed, enough to sleep when the world wilts.It is fairly noisy in operating mode so if you can't tolerate ear plugs it might not be the cooler for you. If you expect your room to be frigid then go for air conditioning instead. It is light and easy to lift/wheel around from room to room.

  I consider this unit to be good value for money. It is a decent size and fits into a space where it is not intrusive. In the recent mini heatwave it was more effective than my regular fans especially with the ice packs. It’s not exactly silent! But it’s the sort of noise that I can easily live with. Haven’t tried the remote control or used it on a timer so can’t comment on that.

  The product itself is really good. We find it works exactly as described. My wife has had a dry irritating cough in the early hours of the morning for quite some time and it ceased on the second night of useing the humidifier. Utilised a Hygrometer which we have had for quite a while without using and the humidity is noticably increased when the Humidifier is turned on. Can certainly recommend.

  Total waste of money

  I very rarely give reviews, but I am so disappointed in this, it is totally ineffective I have had it on in my bedroom for the last five hours looking forward to opening the door to a blast of cold air and there was absolutely no difference to the rest if the house, this does not work.

  Not a bad cooler

  Product arrived on time, bought air cooler as I wanted to get something similar to an AC but without the big pipe of hot air! So I decided to go for this, it not a bad cooler, only problem if you shut the doors windows etc.. to cool the room, the EVA cooler ends up leaving the room feeling quite damp…so have to have circulation but I found this just hindered the cooling process of my room, that’s not to say it hasn’t made a difference it works a lot better in the evening and is relatively quite and the remote and timer is very handy, would recommend buying extra ice packs and place cooler container filled with water in the freezer for an hour so, as have to replace ice blocks regularly

  Couldn't be without this gem! Spent literally a while day searching and reading reviews for various air coolers and decided to purchase this - literally a life saver! Great value, low noise, visually nice and absolutely felt the difference in room temperature without a doubt. If anyone is stuck, can't use a full air con vented unit like me then BUY BUY BUY. The only downside is you can only run it for 5hrs approx before you need to fill it up again meaning you can't just let it run all night, but there is various timers so it shuts off before it runs out and causes damage to the machine - wish you made a bigger unit :0( but I've not found any other brand that can so...... big thumbs up from me and money very well spent

  You can not return it

  It helps a little in the hot weather but not worth the money, the reviews on amazon are so fake these days some one must be getting paid to write them, but if you try to return it, it will not let you as says may contain gas parts like true air conditioners have but this doesn't have any gas parts, its just a fan with a small steam of water trickling behind it, don't waste your money!!!

  Fantastic Portable Air Cooler!

  Fantastic Air Cooler! Perfect for new-build homes during the Summer months. East to put together and the instructions are easy to understand. Felt the difference immediately! Great value for money as well! The noise disapears after you get used to it.
