The Prem-I-Air 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner offers tailor made indoor climate control. The 3 in 1 unit boasts air conditioning, dehumidifier and fan option. This model can be controlled using the Wifi Control Option, it also features a remote control and programmable 24 hour timer. The Wifi Function is simple to operate using the connection to your Home/Office Wifi Network, simply download the app to your smart device and it’s ready to use. Using the app allows you to remotely operate the unit whilst away from home and the advanced programming gives you total control and flexibility. (Compatible with most smart home automation devices). The unit has an impressively high BTU rating of 12,000 which is ideal for effectively cooling large space from 18-25m2 in size and a dehumidifying capacity of 28.8L a day. This space saving, self-contained unit is ready to use out of the box and doesn’t require any permanent installation, 4 durable castor wheels and integrated side handles allows for easy mobility meaning the unit can be moved from room to room as and when required. - Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 October 2020A decent air conditionerGiven the recent heatwaves decided to always ensure we have one to help with chest complaints/asthma.Good bits- Sturdy machine, a bit smaller than my last one.- powerful - get rooms to temperature quickly- having it connected to an app is brilliant - I always seem to misplace the remote, but not my phone, so perfect for turning on or off through the night.Bad bits- The air flow out of it can only point vertical to 45 degrees - if you want a fan to blow on you face on in a generic direction (lets say a gym room), this isn't the one for you.- once at temperature for prolonged periods, its turns the cooling aspect off (probably a feature to prevent it from over powering-freezing up)

Although there are not many ratings on this product, I bought this brand because I own an air purifier from them which I bought 18 years ago from Argos and it still works. I am quite happy with this product. It's sleek, got wifi app, sleep timer, and can go down to 16C. It is loud as every other of this kind. It measures 65dB exactly as it is stated on the box. I use it during the day and to cool down the room before going to sleep at night. Overall very happy with the product. Hopefully, it will live up to its brands quality as my old air purifier.

Looked into it further it uses explosive propane gas. Not a very safe product. Refused to help me with the return postage cost £46. Watch out, you don’t want to your fingers burned with this one! Literally

- Does it need a vent pipe out of the window?Yes
- Does this use a hose?It’s got a hose with window kit for slider widow. Just like any other air conditioner of this type offer. Hose has 15cm in diameter. You can stretch it to about 3-4 feet I guess.
- What's the size of hose inlet(circle) 4mm or 6mm because I need to buy extension as my window is far? does the remote control have led temp display?Diameter of the Hose is 15cm. Remote display is just like on normal calculator. No backlight. It displays everything. Temp, swing, sleep, timer etc.
- how noisy is this unit65dB the same as any other of this type on the market. You can’t sleep with it though. Just use to cool down the room before sleep and it should be fine.
