- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2018Good air conditioner for the price - but noisy. It’s a good machine which has helped keep a double room cool during the summer heathwave. The blow is good and is cold. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star for two reasons - First, because it’s quite noisy and secondly, the blow goes only to one side because there are no waving vents/ducts (the things you can move to adjust where the cold blow goes) - it has the option of up and down only but the blow comes out of the right side of the air con and it will stay that way - you can’t move it to the left or right. To do so, you’d have to move the air con. This is a very annoying point.Regarding the noise point, I can bear it because I can’t bear the heat. I got used to it. To give a taste of the noise, you can barely hear noise from other rooms when this air con is switched on.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2018Quiet and effective!Received the unit a day early (which turned out to be a blessing as everything else with decent ratings seems to be sold out, and the heatwave came early!). It's a good looking, compact, little unit that was fairly simple to set up. The sash window attachment was a useful accessory to have included as my windows are a bit unconventional. I have a large, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and the fridge causes the room to heat up a few extra degrees - this little unit instantly brings the room down to a comfy, cool level. The castors at the bottom mean it was fairly easy to move into the bedroom at night and it was the best sleep we've had in over a month! It's not silent, but not much louder than a regular fan and a lot 'smoother', so does not disturb the peace at all - a pleasant surprise. Strangely, the airflow does go sideways rather than straight ahead, but I just moved the whole unit to account for that. Overall, I'm very very happy with it and so glad I got one of the few good ones out there!!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 July 2018Efficient Compact UnitsI ordered two of these for our office. They work really well cooling our small-medium sized rooms. As with any portable air-con unit there is a bit of noise, but this is inevitable. They are not as noisy as the unit that I have at home and they are surprisingly compact. My only criticism is that that the extract tube could be longer, but again I have found this with all the units I have owned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2018Good but air flows at a strange angle.Does the job for a small room but the air blows mostly to the left so it has to be angled strangely. You need to buy a window sealer also as the kit supplied isn’t appropriate for U.K. windows, but the sealer is VERY easy to install (I’m usually terrible at that sort of thing and I found it easy). All in all, it saw me through the heatwave including those unbearably hot nights so I’m happy I bought it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2018Faulty and Very Poor Aftersales serviceRotating functionality did not work. Remote control did not work. Low setting works as high and high as low. Tried to sort out with support but it was so bad, I just gave up and have unit sitting in office - stress not worth it. Absolutely terrible service. Will never deal with this lot again.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 September 2019Small room onlyRoom definitely cooler but too small for a larger room that we have. Could do with 2 of them.Noise level means can’t sleep with it on but few hours before cools the room down so ok
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2019Does the jobIt's a heavy unit but it has nice gliding wheels making it easy to move over hard floors. The noise level is 65db, comparable to the sound of a quiet vacuum cleaner. I don't know of any portable air conditioners that are any quieter.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 November 2019Works okIt works well if you are not too far away
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2020hmmm, not impressedIncredibly loud and cannot get our lounge below 23 degrees, despite completing all troubleshooting and checking the BTU output. It's going back.

Customer questions and answers
- Is this product very noisy?Unfortunately it is noisy. So we had to cool the room during the day, but turn it off at nightime. Its very efficient though and room was usually cool enough not to sleep with the AC on.

- How does this unit drain water? Is there a tank that needs emptying? No, water evaporates.
- Does this product come with an outlet hose?Yes, for hot air, either through the window or hole in wall. You need a separate kit if you want the window sealed or if your putting it through a wall vent, it does work, but not as efficiently, if you jut put the hose through an open window.
