Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 May 2020Amazing for the priceMost Air conditioners I have searched for are in the price range of £400. This at £250 is an absolute steal. Cools the room down so quickly. It is very loud so it can only be on periodically if noise is an issue. But being so quick at cooling its not an issue. Great product, can't recommend enough.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 September 2020They all laughed... but now they're jealous"An air conditioner?! That's a bit much..."After sweating my behind off for almost a week during the heatwave earlier this year, with only an asthmatic, wheezing desk fan for comfort, I had to get something better. It was time to 'go nuclear' so to speak. Unfortunately, everyone had the same idea as I did. Overnight the portable-home-air-conditioning market had clearly exploded to an economy the size of a small country, because product was everywhere for the price of a second-hand car.And then... and then. I found this little beauty. 3 days later it was in my office and attached to a neat little window seal (sold separately) which kept the searing hot bad air out, and the lovely cool nice air in, whilst Piffy (yes, it has a name) had a hole to breathe through.Full of optimism and hope, I turned it on... and a heavenly orchestra descended from the skies, in jubilant celebration, carried on the wings of angels.BUT. Unfortunately, I couldn't hear it over the ungainly racket of Piffy huffing and puffing its way to a cool room. Sadly, you can't have everything.Since then, Piffy has done a wonderful job keeping me cool and comfortable while I live through the joys of working from home, and I'm sure his/her/its' compadres will do the same for you.Just might wanna look at noise cancelling headphones too.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 May 2020Loud but does cool the roomI have the 5000 BTU air conditioner. It is very loud. My baby was fidgeting all night not sure if it was the cool air or noise or he needed to get adjusted. The air conditioner does its job it cool the room in minutes but it is VERY loud. My wife is struggling to fall asleep. I find it like sleeping in an airplane.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 September 2020Very compact very good at cooling, very good value for moneyThis is a total gem if you suffer in the heat. This compact, energy efficient air conditioner still gives 5K btu cooling at an extremely good price. Has a remote and nice interfacee. Only real downside is its noise. Loud in all modes but the temperature relief is worth it!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2020it's now there when we need ithopefully it will cope with the sort of days we've had over the last week. Because its light enough to carry it will serve both lounge or bedroom as needed
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2020Amazing for the price.Amazing for the price. It’s a proper air con that chucks the hot air out of the pipe at the back. There is a tank at the bottom that is used to collect the condensation a tube is provided to help empty it when required (I’ve not had to do it yet). It is noisy, so I cool the room down before I go to sleep.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 December 2020Worth the moneyIt does the job it's meant to do. Lovely for hot summer days when there's no breeze. Definitely worth the money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2020Time will tellWorks fine, I am yet to test properly until next summer.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 October 2020Perfect for an at home cooler. For the price this is an amazing little unit. Quite heavy to lift if you need to move between floors, but has wheels which makes it easy between rooms.Noise level is acceptable, you can still watch TV just need the volume turned up a little.Haven't used it for heat but cooling works wonders. Mainly use in living room approx 16sq metres. Cools down quickly and the air stream is strong from the other side of the room.
