  Nice air cooler which does as it says

  This air cooler is ok if you have it by you so do not expect it to be like an air con and cool the room but it certainly does knock down the temp by you.Its a quick easy setup all you have to do out of the box is attach the 4 wheels if you wish to do so.It has 3 fan settings a swing setting and the water cool setting.It is also to easy to gain access to the filter where the water drips onto its just one simple screw to undo the vent over it and then just take it out and give it a wash.At first i thought it would not hold 4 litres of water but it certainly does and depending on the humidity of the room it has lasted me 6-7 hours on a full tank on a coolish day and about 4-5 hours on a humid day.It comes with two small ice bottles but you can buy any small icepack bottles to put in as they all fit nicely.Over all i would give this a 8/10

  Very disappointing purchase, we used this with the ice packs to cool a fairly small room, not only can we hardly notice a breeze from the fan even on high, it does absolutely nothing to lower the room temperature after being left on for hours. Also, just to top things off, its extremely loud. Might as well buy a cheap fan rather than this.The only positives are it is very simple to use, and is portable...not that these are any use if the product does not do anything useful.

  Love love love this, dont know why I waited to get one, keeps the room super cool, easy to control and on a hot day the dogs love to chill in front of it

  Great little air con unit for a very reasonable price. So much better than a regular fan that just circulates warm air, as this uses water to blow out cold air and feels really refreshing! It also has different levels as well as a swing option, would highly recommend!

  Buy a high velocity fan instead.

  Would love to recommend but can't.I had high hopes for this unit from the other reviews but I found it useless.The fan at best is average, the water tank soon gets warm even if you keep cooling it down with ice.The instructions could be written better.And the most annoying thing is my unit decided to pump the entire contents of the water tank all over my bedroom carpet.

  Remember to switch off the swing button

  Working without problems. Put a water in to two bottles and freeze them. Water is changing in to a gel which making it last longer (do not empty the bottles before putting a water). Just remember to switch off the swing button when u not using it as it’s not noisy and if u forget it becomes quite hot on top. U will need a screwdriver to get in to filter in case if u want to wash it. Only issue is that u cannot remove a water tank because water pomp is connected to it with a tie rap but it’s not a big problem as it’s not heavy.

  The instruction book has been poorly translated. Not sure how long before bed should put on and how long water will last for? Should it be raised off floor for better benefit. Also noisy to sleep through. Wish i had researched more before buying this model to keep cool at night when you are of a certain age as after night one my old fashioned fan worked better

  Excellent Air Cooler With One Minor Niggle!

  This cooler has been brilliant over the recent spell of hot weather.The settings on the unit are fantastic - you can vary the speed, the time it runs, the fan can be made intermittent and there's a 'cooler' button which does increase the coolness of the air from the device - PLUS the unit is supplied with 2 x freezer packs which Maximises the cool air and chills it.It was easy to assemble - just click the 4 x plastic feet into the base of the unit and its ready for operation.The water tray is simple to fill- MAKE SURE to take out the plastic cable ties inside the water tray or they will eventually rust - and if you don't remove them, you cannot take out th water tary properly to fill it.I have one 'minor' complaint about this unit.When you activate the 'cooler' button, water is lifted from the lower tray and cleverly runs across the internal filter and back down into the water tray - only problem is - this runs with the sound of a tap noise and was definitely a nuisance in the middle of the night.if you are like me and get up to the bathroom in the middle of the night - the sound of running water doesn't help!!I am pleased to report that it was simple to resolve - I opened the back of the unit ( which is permitted) with one screw, pulled back the clips either side - and then added a small piece of fish tank filter wool to the upper water tray!This silenced the water running noise immediately and makes the unit super quiet apart of course from the fan blowing.The remote control is a 'God send' -it is fantastic to have control of the cooler from wherever you are sitting to either blow softer, longer, harder or intermittently.Best of all if the air gets too cold, you can press the remote to switch the unit off.All in all I am happy to recommend this product with 5 x stars.

  A breath of fresh air.

  The UK heatwave was exhausting where are fans couldn’t cope. We chose this machine and placed our order on Thursday with the extra 3 year insurance. The delivery was a week later. On checking the tracking the fan had arrived at our local Amazon depot. Within an hour the tracking showed it would be delivered that day with a two hour slot which it did. On reading the instructions we needed to freeze the enclosed ice packs. We added the water and one frozen ice pack and starters the machine. It’s certainly what we needed which worked instantly with excellent result. There are several choices with the fan, chill swing. The remote control has a battery included is very tiny, which is not working with the machine. As it’s the weekend we will call the company on Monday. It is a great machine especially with the heatwave. Recommend.
