  Pretty good, smaller that I thought, fan OK. Do like water fill from top.

  As with these types I do not believe they actually cool anything or of they do you would never really notice. They humidify which can help & usually good fans & I like the convenience of size & shape.They are shorter & bit disappointed as this same wattage as some cheap Homebase I has last year so figured pump out similar air flow but fans are half as powerful.Do like you can put water in the top & see its level, also can easy put in ice blocks. (the HB in a tricky tray at bottom of unit) Again I simply fail to believe ice blocks can make any real difference, I still do in the hope there is some small effect. I mean, how much energy is stored in a ice block. I have 4 proper portable A/C units so I do know the difference.

  Poor and seller breaks consumer law.

  Began leaking water on second use just outside 30 day return period. Shoddy product. Seller desire london believes that their 30 day return policy takes precedence over the consumer rights act 2015 which states"30 days - six months you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund".I have asked repeatedly for repair or replacement and been told "we cant help you". This seller is a shyster who doesn't abide by UK consumer law and i would suggest avoiding this product and any other listings from this seller.

  Chinese product with Chinese to English translated instruction book

  Example of instructions: Fill 1/3 of water box whilst injecting fair water.This unit does not work any better than a cooling fan, the air comes out of a very small section of the front grid and is not chilled. I ran it for 20 minutes with no difference to the temperature of the "chilled" air or the room temperature.Complete waste of money.I am now returning this unit

  Good But a Minor Problem

  Used this as a fan during hot weather. Very good, however, when ice packs put in water and cooler started after a while could see the pump circulating the water but the lid on the top has now warped. Not a real problem but should not happen It would be good it they sent me a new lid.

  This Leaks Water everywhere!

  Bought this like everyone else when it got a little too hot hoping to cool down. just turned it on and it just steadily and slowly leaks water. my home office floor is soaked as ive left it on for a few hours. would return it but ive just passed the return window by two days! great time to notice the problem. i would say avoid this product and just buy a good fan. dont make the mistake i have!

  Just what I needed

  I sleep in the attic room and all the heat in the house seems to rise up there. So in the summer months it's sweltering even with the heating off so I bought this fan and it's been a god send works perfectly very pleased

  Not worth the hassle

  Item was faulty. Customer service was terrible. 2 sets of pictures and a video required to prove it wasn't working properly. Eventually returned through Amazon.

  Didn't manage on the power front unfortunately, for the size of room, I am however looking into purchasing another one, generally a good machine and quiet enough.

  Good air cooler

  Good value for money keeps my apartment cool and the ice packs are good. I'd buy one again and it's very easy to use. Only thing I'm not sure about is how to take the water tray out to clean at the bottom and what to disconnect or do cable ties need cutting in there?
