One arrived complete, the other was missing a plastic connector without which the air conditioner could not work. Absolutely impossible to get a spare part from Igenix in spite of emails and phone calls: they simply do not ring back or care. In the end I got a refund from Amazon. Air conditioner cools down the room but it is very noisy and not suitable for a bedroom unless you are stone deaf. Also, the exhaust pipe is too short to vent out of the window without falling back in. The Wi-Fi and Alexa stuff is just a useless gimmick. Very disappointed to say the least.
