- When the air conditioning unit is in use, are any drips coming out of the hose or just hot air? hose will be above my neighbours balcony.All water condensed out of the warm air in your room should be contained inside the unit and then evaporated away. Only warm air comes out of the six inch diameter exhaust hose, no drips that I have seen.

- when the water evaporates away and the rest go out the pipe...does it drip down inside of the unit and leak out from under the grille at the back? oneNot that I've noticed only,through the pipe. It effective but noisy but it's bearable to cool things down. I have used mine a lot lately
