Already impressed with its performance. It's so simple to use and refill, lightweight and has casters so moving it around the house, even when its full is really easy. I cannot recommend this product enough!

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2019One serious problem.This air cooler is quiet and cools the bedroom lovely on those hot summer nights. It's not very powerful but powerful enough on top settings.Our problems stated after around 3 weeks of use when it started to stink of fish. Apparently, because the water more or less recycles itself the water soon turns stagnant and fills the room with a horrible smell.We have since flushed it out with disinfectant, but because you can't get into the tank to clean it the stink remains..

Easy to use in the sense that it just needs adding water and the start button on.However, from the picture it looked like cool air would be emanating from the whole of the front, but that is not the case.Air only blows out from about 1/3 of the front area.

It’s not very lightweight but is carriable if you need to move it up stairs. The price was a little steep but compared to physical comfort it’s kind of worth it.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for us. The air was blowing at the highest setting and even with ice cold water hardly made any difference to the room temperature. Looking at the other reviews we might received faulty unit.

It doesn't have facility for ice packs. I was told that it was "an air cooler so only meant to reduce the temperature by 2 - 3°" - basically a FAN, then? What's the evaporator for. Bought another cheaper one, which works, no problems. Nearly 2 weeks later still waiting for refund!

The issue comes if you fill the 'tank' to the top and leave it going without a means for changing the air in the property (e.g. upstairs) as eventually the water will get warm to the point of then making the air warm and humid, which isn't an improvement. I manage this by not filling it up too much in one go, so it's being regularly topped up with cold water and ensuring there's a couple of open windows somewhere to aid the air being changed. With those measures in place, I've had no issues at all and would recommend this. see less
