- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 September 2021Good looking Air-ConditionerAi-conditioner arrived by courier, not impressed by the state of the box, thankfully there was no damage to the Ai-conditioner, but the polystyrene had taken a bashing, the odd thing was it had the wrong instruction manual in the box, photos show on the left the one in the box the one on the right the one I downloaded from the internet, the problem with the one supplied was the lack of instructions for internet setup, once I had figured out what had happened I was able to download the correct App. and the instructions were very clear how to proceed to set up wifi and Alexa communications. I have tested all the functions and they work as I would expect them to, the noise level is bearable but with all mobile air conditioners, you need to turn the music volume or tv volume up a few notches, I bought this for our conservatory which has an insulated roof so the sun is not as harsh as it would be otherwise, but on a very hot day it gets rather hot the unit seems so far to give out very cool air, I chose the 14000 BTU as it was for the consevitory and ours is quite large, keep that in mind if you purchase one, this unit has a great variety of settings on the unit, it's remote control and great WiFi settings, the fact I can use it with Alexa is also an advantage, I have to say this is one of the better-looking air-conditioners on the market and it is not too bulky

- Does this Air Conditioner unit include a universal window kit adapter? Such as the fishtail adapter non-sash/slide windows?No it doesn’t Only comes with with the sash window adapter which is pretty pointless as most don’t have sash windows ??♂️
