It has a nice mini remote control so can be controlled easily.InstructionsThe installation instructions are easy to follow and the instruction video available on the listing is also very easy to understand, installed the window kit easily and quickly.

  Extremely impressive for the money.

  I bought the 9000 model.Easy to set up, everything you need in the box.It’s early days but so far I am extremely impressed with this. It’s quite big, weighs 30 odd kg, and it’s a bit louder than I’d like for the bedroom, but I can live with that as long as it continues to blow icy cold air into the room and I can get a great nights sleep in this heat wave. When I set it up the thermometer in my bedroom said it was 26 degrees C.I left the machine running in the bedroom on the lowest setting for about 3 hours and when I came to bed it was showing 19 degrees in the room. That’s pretty good for a fairly big double room with an en-suite. And certainly it felt like walking into a refrigerator compared to the rest of the house.A sleep timer would be nice, the sleep setting doesn’t seem to turn it off or make it any quieter, the 3 fan settings are all as noisy as each other - it isn’t the fan making the noise it’s the compressor I guess.

  Brilliant AC unit for the money with build quality well above its price tag

  For the money the build quality of this unit is unheard of. Its is compact and amazingly quiet considering what it has to do. These boxes have to have everything crammed into a box inside the house meaning all the noise has to come with it. In an installed AC unit all the noisy bits are outside. So this does a great job of trying to be as quiet as can physically be. After 5 minutes use it gets quieter as the fan warms up. So all in for £319 im amazed and put it on at midnight last night as the room was hot and my wife didn't even stir. Great AC unit

  Nice and cold

  Sounds like a deep freezer you have in the Co-Op, more of a humming, but not loud, I think having a Carpet floor reduces the vibration hum, only downside for me was the outlet pipe width is 6 inches wide, bought a 6 - 4inch convertible and reduced the size down to 4 inches ( used a Tumble Dryer Ext Pipe) which makes it easier to move about, works great no problems. Remote works great, no more getting up to select mode, has a good range on it. I'm happy with this AC, typical weather has gone cold now, but ready for the Summer next year.

  Cools a Room Quickly

  Despatched Quickly by the Seller and the Courier employed was very communicative giving updates and a timed delivery slot.Product works Great even in quite a large room, its very compact and i believe it was worth the money.As other reviewers have said - slightly louder than expected but acceptable and im sure we will quickly get used to it.

  Great for the office

  Our office is fronted with a large run of windows that face the sun for most of the day. On any hot day it can become unbearable. These units have now brought the temperature down to a comfortable level. They come with the window kit which is big enough for large commercial windows and a must for any aircon unit to work efficiently.

  After Couple Of Hours Needed To Put My Socks On

  Product arrived ahead of schedule, no damage to box or item. Installed quickly and up and running in no time. Fitted the window adaptor to a horizontal transit window, only two things I can suggest for improvement. 1- Exhaust pipe and water drain could be longer or have extender kits 2- Exhaust outlet could have a right angle joint as exhaust pipe needs approx 6-7" to bend

  God send!

  Last year I promised my kids I would get them an AC unit for this summer...im so glad I did!During the day this has been great for keeping an otherwise stuffy and humid front room nice and cool to use as an escape from the sun (when it's been out). On the hotter nights I have moved it upstairs to keep the kids cool while they sleep which works really well! Now I am going to have to buy another one for my wife...then the whole family will be happy.Overall a great product and well worth the money.

  Great item to have on hot summer day

  Great item to have on a hot summer day. Easy to manage, does a bit of noise and a bad godonck clonk when it starts, but you will get use to it. I can not imagine my life without it. To be honest I have looked around for quite some time but there is nothing better on the market at the moment. I never keep the machine on any longer then 5 mins as it gets cold like in the fridge. Happy with item and bough an other 2 all the same for different bedrooms and living room.

  So worth it

  I bought this for my daughter's bedroom during the heatwave. She was really struggling to sleep and then when she did actually fall asleep was waking up an hour later in a really worrying state.We bought this, it arrived the next day, turned it on, problem gone. She slept straight through the night and made us all feel a lot better.Definitely recommend. Well worth the purchase.
