- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2021Didn’t work :( but seller was good with refund etcFast delivery - absolutely fantastic - quite easy to set up and noise level not bad BUT turned it off and 5 mins later it stopped with E4 error - turned it off and on and same problem - put in a return requestUpdate - seller was really good came back promptly and sorted me out - shams looked like a good unit just unlucky - happy the seller was prompt and sorting things
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2019Amazing - couldn’t recommend it enough!I purchased this on a different site, however I did find that when purchasing a portable unit there wasn’t many reliable reviews. This has been the best purchase I have ever made! The unit comes with all relevant accessories, wall fittings, window seal (for sliding windows only), cap for permanent wall fittings, hose for heat extraction, hose for drainage when using in dehumidifier mode (dry) and a remote control. It takes around 5 minutes and the room is so cool - I couldn’t recommend it enough! It requires no maintenance and comes with a built in coolant that does not need changing. Noise wise, there isn’t an annoying industrial humm it’s just a fan noise, no different than that if a standard household fan.Amazing!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 August 2018Excellent air condition very easy to useVery good
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 June 2020Good unitI recently purchased this from an UK catalogue shop. Although it’s bulky it appears to cool the room well. If it has any faults I would say the vent hose could do with being a little longer so I didn’t have to put the unit so close to the window. Also as we have used the fan light window for the hose we have had to make our own fittings to fill the space the fitting it comes are for sliding or sash type. Finally if you’re outside it’s noisy in an irritating way for anyone else with their windows open. If looking to purchase compare well there are significant differences. I paid 300.
