Out of the many portable air conditioning unit choices available on amazon, i went for this particular unit because they mentioned A+++ energy rating on the description however, when i opened the box, i found this energy rating sticker which shows that the energy rating is actually A and not A+++ advertised. I havent operated the air conditioner yet because im waiting for the refrigerant to settle for 24hrs however- 1 star due to false advertising and deception!

Only had the unit for a couple of weeks but it’s quiet, it’s cheap to run & easy to use and keeps the room nice and cool. Can’t wait for the hot warm weather to kick in. It’s differently good value for money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 May 2020A comfortable night’s sleep.I live in a converted attic flat which swelters in hot weather.Summer is great but not like that.I decided not to have it anymore and purchased this air conditioner .I’ve only had it five days but during hot,humid,uncomfortable weather. It has been a really good choice and I’m not dreading the very hot summer months.My neighbours say that they couldn’t sleep this week because of humid heat. I slept soundly .

It cools down as well as a newly purchased 12000 btu one we've purhcased. We placed it on landing and it cools down all 3 bedroom very well. Yes, that means open doors all night, but, that is an amazing improvement on the quality of our sleep.2. It looks nice and does not take too much space at all3. Was very easy to install4. Most importantly, the noise! It is rather quiet comparing to other one we've got and you can sleep with it if it were in your bedroom.Overall, a super investment and definitely worth the money!Delivery was next day too, which was an added bonus, thank you!

With the remote control, you don't even have to get out of bed.6) If your sitting room is hot, switch it on, pop into the kitchen, do chores or whatever, and when you get back, you too can have your own personal North Pole (Do not leave the house with it on and unattended)
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 June 2020Noisy, no high or low volumeI was very pleased when this unit arrived so quickly and i could be ready for the hot weather in week’s time. My baby cannot stand hot weather so it was essential for me to get one at home.When we started using it, I was pleased, it cooled the room fairly quickly and worked well with my own loft window ventilation kit, it has a remote control so I can adjust from my bed which is necessary when you have a 2 month boy sleeping in the room.Then, problem started to occur:1. No difference between ‘High’ and ‘Low’. I would expect the volume goes higher when I hit ‘High’ or lower when I select ‘Low’. Absolutely no difference. I like it run at a lower level for the night, but unfortunately it doesn’t work2. Noisy. Oh my god, it is loud! no matter if it was on air conditioning or fan or dry. Luckily, my baby take it as white noise, sleeps fine, but we had big issue.3. Night mode doesn’t work. This function is purely just the light on the machine goes a bit darker, nothing else at all. I was expecting it to go quieter, lower volume etc. So disappointing.4. Customer service wasn’t helpful. I messaged the seller with my questions about the volume high and low doesn’t work, the reply was simply there wasn’t much of difference...One positive I do have, it has a timer which allows you to choose when to stop the machine, in hours. That works fine, otherwise I would 100% return the product, cause my baby could easily caught a cold when using it through the night.Will I recommend? Probably not, considering the price you need to pay and functions are not working properly. Hopefully you have better luck finding a better machine to cope the hot summer.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 July 2021GREAT PRICE AND QUIET ON LOW --important point first -- don't take any notice of what it says in the sales blurb -- about it being able to cool down 30 square metre space -- it most deffenatley does a good job of cooling down the room that i have which is 20 square metres -- i would say that is about the limit of its cooling capacity -- in measurements --16ft long x 13ft wide x 9ft tall room -- that is about 20sq m -- noise wise it is most definatley good on low -- on high i think it is comparable to many other air conditioners maybe a bit better -- price wise IS VERY GOOD -- if you look around on amazon -- or the other obvious site --(you know who) -- 9000 btu air conditioners are £400 -- so price wise very good -- most definatley get air conditioning window seal kit -- i have a window that opens outwards from the bottom -- they are only cheap to buy but will save you a lot of hassle -- trying to do some sort of DIY -- to seal off the window -- £15 -- for peace of mind bargain -- as i am typing this it is 30 -- degrees outside -- and inside -- 23.5 centigrade -- just went outside -- and felt the very obvious deffierence in temperature -- -- so definatley good at getting the temperature down -- so all in all a great product for the price (cooling capacity) -- cant think of any negatives -- :)

I’ve wanted one for so long , finally got one and I love getting into bed in a chilly room.The description somewhere I’m sure said it’s enough to cool the whole house - I can’t say I agree with that but it does do a good job in just one room. Window fixing was useless we could not figure it out so we bought an adjustable window fixing (the zip kind) for our window and it works perfectly! Highly recommend this if like me your a sweaty Betty all year round!

Very surprised at the compact size of this air conditioner, which we installed using a wall vent kit. The day we completed the installation we had the hottest day so far this year, and the unit worked perfectly, bringing the temperature of the room down to a comfortable level. The noise level of this unit seems low compared to other air conditioning units we have experienced on holiday. Very pleased with purchase.

FAULTY ITEM AND NO REFUND FROM SELLERI would avoid buying this item at all costs especially because of the seller!This item was clearly faulty because it could not cool my room which was a huge disappointment in the heatwave we had back in July.A few days later I decided to return the item as it is a lot of money £309.I contacted the seller to let them know beforehand that I am returning and I got the returns address to send back.After having to constantly go out of my way to get updates from them asking if they received it. They replied they need to check their returns to see if it is there the next day.Next day came and no update. So of course I had to chase them up again.Next day I asked if they checked returns and then they said “yes they did”I said I’d like to know when I would receive my full refund.Yes we will let you know when it has been processed..A few days later I still not got a response to actually WHEN the refund will be processedSo again I messaged them asking when and they replied yes it has been processed and it will take 7 working days. 30th July. That was.It is now 22nd August and I still do not have a refund…It has been over 3 weeks since the date they said They processed my refund.I don’t think I have to say no more about this seller.Daylight robbery and sellers like this make me sick to the stomach and shouldn’t be allowed to sell a thing.
