I have placed my fan about 6m away from me and I can feel the breeze.The fan is compact design everything has its place. The buttons are configure nicely on top of the fan.The design of the fan is very modern.It is small enough to be descret in the room,producing eniugh wind as a taller fan in comparison.There are 3 speed settings.Customer service from the seller has been amazing, tracked the order ro ensure that the produxt was delivered and was ready to answer any questions that I may have.Negative - the new smell is strong, so would suggest to run it for an hour or so to get rid of it.Is it worth the money? I would say yes it is because of its powerful breeze that it generates. I have never had a fan that works and can actually feel the difference in humidity.Great product.

Customer service for the company is prompt and they are willing to see customer issues as serious and help . Thanks again to company for responsible handling of my issue, as I disabled and had to seek fans elsewhere at an extra cost now. Now with a refund I am quids in and very happy. Thanks again to all who understood and helped. Sometimes issues occur and items are faulty.

Easy to fill , easy to use and really does cool the air . 3 coolness settings,but have only used the 1&2 setting as that was plenty cold enough . So quiet too and love the 'swing' feature, which makes the vents on the front move back&forth, really pushes the cool air around . Only used it as air cooler so don't know how good it dehumidify's but if it's as good as the cool function then it's worth it too.

It takes the edge off a very hot room, and provides a variety of options for cooling. On the downside though there is no way to remove the water bucket to clean it properly as it is connected with the pump and pipe system, and a lot of things stated in the instructions have been adapted or changed slightly. I also had to pry off the lid off one of the cool blocks to fill it up which has left it slightly less air tight incurring leakages.

Puts out cool air with and without the freezer blocks. However I found the dark side to be the blocks. When they freeze the solution stretches the block causing the block to bubble. The problem with that is the area for the blocks in the top is small so they won’t sit side by side. Apart from that it’s a great item at a great price.

- have bought this product 6 months ago, but the instruction is not very good, for example, how to set timer, how to remove bottom drawer completelyI do not know how to fix the timer. The drawer does not pull out because there is a wire fixed at the back. Water just has to be poured in with / jug.
- Does the fan inside oscillate? Or does the swing mode just move the flaps back and forth?Yes it's just the vents that move back & forth, and the instruction manual says 'and chose the wind up & down by hand' though i haven't done this as the Swing mode is quite sufficent for myself . It is really quite cooling on swing mode .
- I just received my order. Where is the instruction manual?It should be in the box ,i believe mine was in the packaging with the unit .
- What is its official weight when ready to use. The previous answer doesn't answer my question.We cannot give a specific weight as a certain amount of water and ice crystals are added during application. The product has wheels on the bottom so that it can be moved easily.
