- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2021Even in full summer sun for days these only light for 4 hours at night...As stated in title, light time on the medium/steady mode is just 4 hours even with good daylight to charge with.I imagine in winter these are going to be basically useless. I just bought two more sets a few days ago thinking these were fantastic but now might have to ask for a return if in winter these are going to come on at 4PM [dark out] and then run dry by 8PM...This is literally half the stated night time light advertised. We run these on the dim constant mode also as we hoped that would give more light time at night.They are really easy to install and lightweight, other features are good but I'm frustrated at how short the battery life is or how bad the solar panels are for charging VS what was advertised.To clarify: The solar lights have been in full sun for days, mostly sunny days without much cloud and no shadows from buildings or trees blocking direct light to them.Disappointing.

It was very very easy to install and came with strong stickers to stick to the surface of your choosing but we used nails in stead to put them above the front door. The range it reaches is amazing, overall happy with the product.

I bought 8 of them put 3 down the side of the house so I’d have plenty of light when I go to our bins. The other 5 are in a pergola which we sit under at night our when we have a bbq. Great in all settings, you can have them on low light with motion sensor then the bright led lights when motion is detected, or a slightly brighter permanent setting and finally on motion detection which has no light on but once motion is detected a very bright light comes on. One button moves you between the settings. Great job hopefully I will get a few years out of them.

I chose these as they were on offer at the time..These are much brighter than my existing similar lights and the angled sides are a great addition to. the motion detector isn't as good as my older set though. I have to be much closer to these for the motion detector to trip.

I saw these on a lighting deal at a good price and bought them for my fence line. They aren't as bright as my originals, but then they are smaller but for lining my fence line there are perfect. I have them set to only come on when the PIR activates, but they can be continuous if desired.

- Would this fit on a 4" wide fence post?It will fit centrally on a 4” post. The LED unit is four and three quarter inches wide. I’ve got mine fitted to my posts. Excellent solar lights.
