  The are not very robust.

  We have just got them assembled. Took a bit of getting there but we managed it. We purchased the garden set in May, it is now July and the chairs are not holding up well. One has broken, brackets broke so chair useless. The item needs to be returned in the same state in which you received it.If you need to repack your item, make sure the packaging is of similar size to the original and doesn't exceed the following measurements per box: Max. weight: 30 kg; Max. length: 115 cm. Please confirm how many boxes you are going to use, their size and weight. As always please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions."To say the least these instruction are extremely onerous. I will give it up as a bad job. So just be aware.

  Poorly constructed for the pricev

  The assembly was made difficult by the fixing holes being obstructed by the plastic coating. Once assembled they were uneven in the ground . One chair side arrived with the plastic coating snapped , so was unwound from the frame. Company did offer a replacement, but stated it would at least 10 days for delivery. In general my view is they are not velour for money.

  Poor Quality and expensive

  Tried to assemble the first of 4 chairs, they fix together very poorly with screws, 2 holes had no thread and one wouldn’t even tighten, they also do not align so you have to stress the welded joints to fit, overall build not really suitable for anyone over 5.5ft and weighing more than 12 stone

  Wouldn’t recommend as they are difficult to assemble (arms don’t match up with holes provided)Definitely not comfortable to sit in, very hard & extremely straight backed!Wish I hadn’t purchased!

  Difficult to assemble

  These chairs are very difficult to assemble due to poorly aligned holes for the bolts to screw into on the arms. It is impossible to align the hole without flexing the arms which requires some force. If care is not taken the bolts will cross-thread easily. Assembled chairs are OK, but a bit flimsy for the price.

  We bought 4 of these chairs and within days one collapsed. Tonight another one did the same thing when just sitting talking. If an older person had been sat in this chair it could have resulted in a very serious injury. These are substandard and weak materials. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

  Bought 4 chairs and assembled 2. Legs were bent and they were unstable to sit on.Unable to contact seller as telephone number blank.Will not buy any more chairs on line.

  Total rubbish not worth the money

  These chairs are a complete waste of money they are so flimsy and they have broken very easy I would not recommend anyone buying these chairs. My wife sat on one who is disabled and the chair collapsed she was hurt quite severely.

  These chairs look better on line than they are?! They are very difficult to assemble especially with the small tool provided! My husband had to use his own tools, and once assembled we think they are of poor quality! The rattan is uneven in places & the bolts stick out making them look ugly & could catch on things.
