The instructions were not clear as no letters on each corresponding part had to judge by the photo. The bolts are plastic and snapped, would appreciate if my mum could have replacement bolts. Would not recommend to buy.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 May 2021Chairs ,especially the backs, VERY VERY difficult to ‘put together ‘2 of the pieces were damaged,looked like someone else had tried to assemble it. The positive side the 2 damaged pieces were quickly replaced, however it, well the chairs, backs of them, were extremely difficult to ‘put together ‘ good thing we had tools to help, and a strong patient husband, though at some point I did think it would end up in the pond. No I will not be definitely not be recommending it to any one AT ALL,!!!

- Does it have a steel frame xNo it’s just plastic. But it’s very robust. We have used it all through the winter and survived a all the storms. Very comfortable for what it is.

- How did anyone manage to fit this together!? Is there a secret I am missing?No you are not missing anything, I bought this for my mum last year and it is the worst product I have ever bought the plastic bolts or what ever they are snapped, I wrote to complain for the bolts to be replaced but gave up, as no response. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
