Lot of problems putting it together because sometimes it wasn't square and some of the actual drill holes were drilled out properly but we got there

Took two of us about 5 hours. Fiddly with screws and holes not lining up. Disappointed with height of seats too. Would suit somebody a lot shorter than us, all 6ft+. I suppose we could have returned but couldn't be bothered having realised how low it was once assembled. Our fault not checking measurements.

Contacted supplier and they sent us a replacement without question. After that no further problems. We have had it about a year now but I have no idea about the guarantee beyond one year. Apart from the cushions the entire base has been out in the garden all the time, albeit under a gazebo, without any sign of degradation. Hope this helps. see less
